The YMCA's Foreign Community Support Committee (FCSC) was established in 1958 to raise funds and awareness of the YMCA's Challenged Children Project (CCP): Children with autism, down syndrome, cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy, attention deficit disorder, etc., as well as children in wheelchairs.
They face discrimination, abuse, and bullying. Receive little support from governments local or national. The cost, attention, devotion, and love involved for raising a challenged child is daunting, They desperately need your help.
